Game Challenge 2008:
The Overdrive challenge is essentially a major race for robots with strategic planning. The use of balls creates the major strategy in the game, because the usage of balls could account for a large amount of points in the competition! For example, if a ball were to be thrown over or tossed over the monkey rail, the act would give a total of 8 points in the game. So, the usage of balls have the potential to give a great amount of points.

Game Challenge 2007 :
The Rack N' Roll Challenge is a game of a "robotic 3-D tic tac toe" using pool tubes and tall racks. To score points robots are to either stack pool tubes on racks or utilize a lifting device to lift another alliance robot, or even better, robots are allowed to perform all these functions. The alliances consists of three teams, randomly chosen. Therefore, there will be two alliance teams, one blue and one red. The game also is divided into two periods, the autonomous and the teleoperated. During the autonomous mode, robots are programmed to function by itself. And, during the teleoperated, robot drivers control their robot to
"rack n' roll" pool tubes up onto the racks. In the final thirty seconds, robots are to report back to their home zone and can climb up on another robot's ramp.
Overall, the game is highly challenging with a utilization of defense and offense. This aspect makes the challenge extremely intriguing and enjoyable to watch.
